1. What does a fully furnished apartment include?
Living room includes sofa, chair, end tables, coffee table and 42” inch flat screen TV. Bedroom includes an 83 “ long twin bed, dresser, nightstand, desk and chair. Kitchen includes granite counter top, stainless steal appliance package to include microwave, fridge, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal and 2-4 barstools based occupancy. Each apartment has a security system, washer/dryer unit, central air, hardwood flooring through out.
2. What is the term of the lease?
Our leases are individual leases that start on August 1 at 10:00AM and expires on July 26 at 10:00AM.
3. What is the monthly rent?
Our rents start at $700.00 per month per person.
4. When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th of the month.
All payments received after the 5th of month will be accessed a late fee of $25.00 on the 6th and $10.00 for each additional day the rent remains unpaid not to exceed $250.00. A check returned for insufficient funds or stop payment will be accessed a fee of $50.00.
5. How may I pay my rent?
Temple Nest Apartments accept online payments, checks, certified checks or money order.
NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Our convenient online service allows our resident/ parents the opportunity to setup recurring monthly payments via checking account which the processing fee of $2.50.
If you wish to pay your rent by submitting a check, certified check or money order. A $10.00 check processing is required with each monthly payment.

6. What if my roommate doesn't pay their rent?
Each resident will only be held accountable for their individual rent payment and will not be penalized for their roommates rent.
7. Is there any additional cost aside from rent?
Our residents are responsible to pay for cable and electric. If the tenant wishes to active the security system within their apartment, they will be responsible for the monitoring fees. Additionally, Temple Nest Apartments strongly recommends all tenants obtain renters insurance to cover your personal belongings. Temple Nest Apartments is responsible to pay the first $50.00 of the water bill, snow and trash removal.
